Small octopuses in anchovy sauce
The recipe for "little octopus in anchovy sauce" was a pure accident.
For the main course Bodo had already bought one of the spaghetti sauce octopus, small octopuses have brought with me and we did not start to begin with.
So we have combined them as an appetizer served with the tuna tartare.
What is the strong, salty anchovy sauce went well.

Small octopuses in anchovy sauce
500g baby octopus
200g cherry tomatoes
fresh oregano
some anchovy fillets
Olive oil
Pepper
Pipe to 140 degrees Celsius.
Halve the tomatoes, oregano and pluck leaves from the small octopus wash and dry.
Olive oil spread in a form, add the tomatoes and octopus and mix.
Anchovies and oregano leaves and spread it all pepper.
Slide for 30 minutes at 140 degrees into the tube.
Then an octopus and tomatoes to be soft.
As the octopus floats make a lot of water now all in a somewhat unsightly sauce.
Drain the sauce into a saucepan and let boil.
When the sauce has a nice consistency, add squid and tomatoes and cook everything a little, until the sauce combines with the Kraken.
